Overview
Peachy Den runs verified closed user group offers for students and key workers through Gocertify, using DataCapture to turn verified shoppers into an owned audience it can market to again and again. The brand wanted a closed-group strategy that did more than offer a discount, giving it data it could use across email, paid social and retention campaigns.
Since launching with Gocertify in November 2023, Peachy Den has used DataCapture to power targeted campaigns across Klaviyo and Meta. A single student email drove an 800% uplift in verifications on the day of sending and a 76% uplift in revenue for the month, while Gocertify sales now account for 68% of all sales through Rakuten.

Background
Peachy Den launched with Gocertify in November 2023 to build a closed group discount strategy for students and key workers. The brand wanted to create an exclusive, white-label experience for these shoppers that felt part of its own brand.
It also wanted to go beyond one-off discount redemptions. Peachy Den needed a way to capture first-party data from verified shoppers so it could retarget these groups across its own channels and build on each campaign’s success.

Strategy and execution
Peachy Den and Gocertify built a programme that combines verified offers with DataCapture, so every verification adds to an owned audience the brand can market to.
- Social media launch. Peachy Den announced the partnership with a social media outreach campaign. The eye-catching announcement drove a sharp rise in verifications and a strong boost in revenue from launch.
- Moment-led student campaign. On 5 January, Peachy Den launched a student campaign timed around the January student loan drop. The email went to the student database the brand had built through DataCapture.
- Meta retargeting. Peachy Den used its closed-group data to retarget verified shoppers through Meta campaigns.
- Abandoned cart messaging. Peachy Den added a conditional split to its Klaviyo flows, so shoppers from verified groups receive specialised abandoned cart messages.
Integrations
Peachy Den uses Gocertify’s DataCapture feature, which passes the details of verified shoppers into its Klaviyo account at the point of verification. This gives the brand a growing, segmented database of students and key workers that it uses for email campaigns, Meta retargeting and abandoned cart flows.

Results
The programme has given Peachy Den a high-performing closed-group channel and a reusable audience that powers its wider marketing.
- 800% uplift in verifications on the day of the student loan email send.
- 76% uplift in revenue for the month of the student campaign.
- 27% uplift in ROAS on Meta retargeting campaigns compared with previous campaigns.
- 11% increase in conversion rate from targeted abandoned cart messaging.
- 68% of all Rakuten sales came through Gocertify, with an even 50/50 split between new and existing customers.

The winning combination of Gocertify's DataCapture and closed group verification tech has enabled Peachy Den to craft an exclusive, Whitelabel experience, unlocking closed group discounts that not only elevate the shopping journey but also give us the ability to retarget these groups time and again for increased success.
Implementation was easy, and the impact was seen immediately.
